Subject to these terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Convertible on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense any part of this software. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from Convertible.
Convertible and all related content are the exclusive property of their respective owners. This license does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks.
Convertible uses FFmpeg (https://ffmpeg.org), licensed under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1 (LGPLv2.1). The FFmpeg source code used in this application is unmodified and can be downloaded from https://ffmpeg.org. A copy of the LGPLv2.1 license is included in the app bundle.

Pro purchases include free updates to all versions in the 1.x release series. Future major versions (2.0 and later) may require a separate purchase.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT CONVERTIBLE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
While we work hard to ensure conversions are accurate and lossless when possible, you are responsible for verifying results and keeping backups of original files.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE CONVERTIBLE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their standard App Store refund policy. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Convertible following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from use of Convertible shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
